The
Atheist.
What is an atheist?
An atheist is someone that is
convinced that God does not exist.
But what is their proof that God does
not exist?
The proof an atheist claims that has
convinced them that no God exists is the lack of proof that God exists.
Science, exploration, and even the
very act of thinking, is the continual search for things unknown.
You search, and then, and only then do
you discover.
Are atheists searching for God to see
if He exists?
No.
They have convinced themselves that
God does not exist because they have not had evidence to their liking,
presented to them, without their searching.
Is this reasonable?
No.
Is this how other discoveries are made?
No.
How then, can an atheist claim that
there is no God simply because their lack of searching has not produced
any evidence?
A lack of searching will provide this
same type of evidence for anyone that makes this decision,
that the thing they are not searching for doesn't exist.
What logical argument can there be to
disprove the existence of a thing not searched for?
There is none.
If people believed that no country
existed beyond their own country,
and they also refused to go and look, they would remain convinced.
This type of thinking would have
eliminated the discovery of most of the world.
Only those that are willing to search,
are able to find, new things.
Only those that are willing to search
for God, will find Him.
Hebrews 11:-6
By faith Enoch
was taken from this life, so that he did not experience death;
he could not be found, because God had taken him away. For before he
was taken,
he was commended as one who pleased God. And without faith it is
impossible to please God,
because anyone
who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those
who earnestly seek him.
This makes the claim of the atheist absurd, in that the proof for their
position is a lack of proof.
The simple reason the atheist has no proof is that the atheist is
seeking no proof.
What surprise is there that they have been successful?
Atheists are simply willing to accept a lack of proof, after not
seeking after proof, as proof.
